S Rank Adventurer Deported For Innocent Charges Chapter 42

After the mock battle with Rogel, the two of them walked back to the mansion.

”It’s been a long time since I’ve gotten serious. But I’m no match for the younger Miss.”

“No, Mr Rogel’s skilful moves must be commended.”

“Thank you.”

Rogel put his sword away in his room and went back to work.

He moved so much and now he’s doing his job as if nothing happened, really shocking.

”Well, I’ll have to start working hard tomorrow too.”

The new adventurer training was tomorrow.

She had to finish his preparations before then.

Preserved food was in the magic bag, so there was no problem.

”Now I just need to send my weapons for maintenance.”

With that in mind, She left the mansion to head to the weapons store.

Normally she would have done it herself, but sometimes the end product is better when you leave it to the professionals

After a few dozen minutes of walking out of the mansion, She arrived in front of the arms shop.

Alise opened the thick door and entered, and was greeted by the same owner she had bought the sword from before.

“Oh, Miss. I knew you were skilled!”

When he said that, the shop owner Ilk laughed boldly.

Apparently, he could tell that Alise had been certified as S-ranked.

”Oh, how did you find out?”

“Getting an S rank grade made you stand out the most.”

“I suppose you’re right.”

After all, there are only a few in the world.

Naturally, she’d stand out.

“So, did you come to purchase a new weapon today?”

“No, I just wanted to ask you to do maintenance on my weapon today.”

As she said this, Arise drew the sword she had inserted in his waistband, the whole sheath, and placed it in front of the shopkeeper.

”If that’s the case, it’s a small price to pay! It’s going to take me about an hour to be done. Is that okay with you?”

“Yes, will that be alright?”

It was nice to have it done that day.

If she had asked a big weapon shop dealer to do it, they might have kept it for a few days

“In the meantime, can I look at your shop?”

“Sure. If there’s anything you want, inform me.”

“Thank you.”

The only sword Alise had was the one she had brought

It wouldn’t be a bad idea to have a spare.

Alise was used to using it, looking at the shelf of one-handed swords.

As it was, she let her eyes drift to the side.

”Ah, a dagger would be nice too.

The one-handed sword that Alise carries was supposed to have a shield.

However, Alise did not carry a shield.

The shield seemed to be a hindrance.

If she had a dagger, she could probably dual wield.

”Surprisingly, it’s so light.

She picked up each one and looked at them one by one.

The daggers were all lighter than the one-handed swords.

”Girl, it’s done!”

It had only been about half an hour, but the owner approached her.

“Oh my, that was pretty fast.”

“Yeah, I was in a hurry.”

“Thank you.”

Alise received her finished beloved sword.

“Did anything else interest you?”

“No, I’ll just take have maintenance done today. How much is it?”

“Don’t worry about that. We’ve made so much profit lately, thanks to you of course.”

From what she heard, rumours spread that Alise’s weapons that were certified S-ranked were bought here, and Ilk’s weapon shop was so profitable that they are thinking about a second shop.

”Then I’ll take your word for it.”

“Seriously take it!”

“Alright then.”

With that, Alise left the weapons store.
